Shared templates

The gallery is a catalog of designs that their authors have made available to others. You can first preview a selected design and then create your own copy from it.

Searching narrows down the gallery by title, and the category filter helps separate different types of designs. You can use both tools together.

The preview helps you evaluate the layout before creating a copy. It is designed for reviewing the visual appearance.

You do not enter someone else's editor when using a shared template. The application creates a new private design for you that you can modify at will.

Your own copy of a shared template is a new design in your account. It is not a co-edited document nor a live link to the author.
